You may choose to return your rug by contacting us via email within 48 hours of receiving it. Once we have authorised the return you must arrange for it's delivery to our premises at your own cost within seven days. We will then refund your original payment less any delivery cost which can vary depending on size and weight.
Any damages to your rug's packaging should be noted on the carrier's delivery docket upon receipt as claims for damage cannot be pursued if it has been signed for as received in good condition.
