The Rug Club Orders and Delivery

All deliveries are FREE to anywhere in the U.K or Ireland.

Free delivery is is available to anywhere in the U.K. or Ireland, subject to the restrictions below. If you request a time-slot delivery there will be a small charge. You will be notified by e-mail of your specified delivery date at least one day prior to delivery and delivery should be within 12 working days.

In exceptional circumstances a rug may not be in stock, if this happens you will be given the option of a refund or a new delivery date.

Our delivery times are between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Shipment of orders may be delayed if extra security and anti-fraud checks are required. You will be informed if this occurs. Your order will still receive free delivery but it may be delayed slightly.

Delivery to outlying parts of the U.K. and Ireland will be made subject to the ability of our carriers to deliver to those locations and may incur a surcharge.

We will always do our upmost to ensure delivery anywhere in the U.K. or Ireland.

We can deliver to anywhere in Europe and are happy to give immediate quotes should you require.
